I liked it, even when the chords all went out of tune.

My only complaint is that feedback noise towards the end. It's WAY too loud, and not in the "I want it to be dissonant and make you crazy" kind of way, but in the "That hurt my ears and I want to turn the song off" kind of way.

Other than that, though, yeah... I liked it. You might want to see how it sounds with all of the chords shifted to a spot where they are actually in the same key, though, in that spot where they aren't. ...Just to see.
